We want students, families and mentors to be able to use MYE’s website and course with the tools that work for them.

Get help or report a barrier
Email general@muslimyouthempowerment.org if a page, form or course activity is difficult to use. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the problem you encountered. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful if you want to share them.
If a form prevents you from contacting us or applying, email the team for help with the next step. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information.
Using the website
- The skip-to-content link appears when reached with the keyboard.
- Use Tab and Shift+Tab to move between controls. Use arrow keys within radio groups, and Escape to close the mobile menu, question box, course glossary definitions or completion dialog.
- Moving between course modules places keyboard focus at the new module. Course controls have a light-and-dark focus outline.
- You can pause the homepage background videos and rotating greetings. Both, along with course module scrolling, respect your device’s reduced-motion preference.
- You can enlarge text and use browser zoom.
Ongoing improvements
We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a target for accessibility improvements. This is not a claim that every page or course activity has been certified or meets every criterion. The course includes many interactive activities, and further keyboard and screen-reader review is still needed.
