Stop guessing what people want. This week you learn the maker's formula for spotting the real, painful friction people live with every day, reverse-engineering why it hurts, and compiling your first Official Founder Blueprint — the product idea customers will actually pay for.

Blueprint

The Blueprint Studio

Step into the studio, where big ideas become precise dimensions. You measure like a maker — millimeters, calipers, tolerances, wall thickness — then set up real design tools and export the exact blueprint file a machine can build from.

Week 3

The forge

The Prototyping Forge

Fire up the forge and bring your ugly first draft to life. There is no fear of mistakes here — you get your hands dirty with cardboard, fabric scraps, and raw test filament, building a rough version whose only job is to prove your mechanics actually work.

Week 4

Field test

The Friction Lab

Your prototype leaves your desk and enters real hands. You'll design honest, non-leading tests, watch real testers use it, log exactly where each one got stuck, then rank the frictions and commit a v2 change list — the plan Week 5 launches from.

Week 5

Launch

The Founder's Market

Your tested v2 becomes a priced, pitched product. You'll do the money math on what one unit really costs, choose a fair price, forge a 30-second pitch built on a real tester quote — and make one real ask to one real person: a cash sale or a signed pre-order pledge. This is Milestone One of a business that keeps going, not a finish line.
